Official Payment Terms & Deadlines

By placing a bid, making an offer, or selecting Buy Out Right on any So Icy Kennels exotic puppy, you are entering a legally binding contract. If you are the winning buyer, you agree to the following mandatory payment schedule:

1. 1. Immediate Commitment Deposit (10%)

   The winning buyer is strictly required to submit a 10% non-refundable deposit within two (2) hours of transaction confirmation. This locks your reservation on the puppy. If this deposit is not received within 2 hours, the puppy will immediately go to the next eligible buyer, and your account will be permanently banned.

2. 2. Final Balance Settlement (90%)

   The remaining balance must be paid via Zelle or PayPal on or before the day of the scheduled flight or airport pickup delivery. If local pick up at police station, buyer can pay via Zelle or PayPal at the time of pick up.

3. 3. Flight Delivery Lock

   No flight logistics, flight nanny tickets, or travel arrangements will be booked, and no local police station hand-offs will occur until the total balance is paid in full, contracts are signed, and funds have completely cleared our bank.

(Initial deposit of $25 will be deducted from the total if you are an official paying customer.)
