3-Phase Vetting

A Boutique Standard of Care

  1. Phase 01

    Initial Screening

    We collect your Full Legal Name, Primary Phone, Email, Physical Address, and Social Handles. This helps us confirm you are a real, traceable family — not a flipper or scammer.

    Fake, blank, or brand-new social profiles are immediate flag triggers and will pause your application.

  2. Phase 02

    Anti-Fraud Verification

    A clear photo of your Government-Issued Photo ID is cross-checked against the name on your payment method to eliminate chargeback fraud and identity theft.

    🛑 Crucial Industry Rule: The name on your ID must perfectly match the name on the payment account.

  3. Phase 03

    Flight Nanny & Hand-Delivery Logistics

    We collect your Closest Major Airport and a Designated Receiver ID (if someone else is accepting the puppy) to coordinate our 50-state in-cabin flight nanny program.

    Every puppy is hand-delivered in-cabin — never cargo, never unattended.
